<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated December 12, 2001,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 0200112813 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
