<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, by BEN H. WEEKS III AND NANCY G. WEEKS, of a Lease dated February
<br />1, 2005, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and BEN H. WEEKS III AND NANCY G.
<br />WEEKS, husband and wife, are the Lessees, such lease commenced February 1, 2005,
<br />and terminates January 31, 2040, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Kuester Lake, a part of the East One Half of
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska situated on the East side of the
<br />West portion of said lake
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said
<br />Debtor to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional
<br />security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
<br />THOUSAND and NO /100 DOLLARS ($117,000.00) and a Financing Statement or
<br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
