CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />BEN H. WEEKS III AND NANCY G. WEEKS, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE,'
<br />as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$117,000.00 the Lease dated February 1, 2005, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor
<br />and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following- described premises:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Kuester Lake, a part of the East One Half of
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, situated on the East side of the
<br />West portion of said lake
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $117,000.00 with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void
<br />and of no further force nor effect.
