<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby sell, set over,
<br />and assign unto Ben H. Weeks III and Nancy G. Weeks, husband and wife as joint tenants, the
<br />following property:
<br />A. All of my lease rights wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. was the Lessor and
<br />Verna Schwarz was the Lessee and pertaining to:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Kuester Lake, a part of the East One Half of
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, situated on the East side of the
<br />West portion of said lake
<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises.
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises.
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 95 for 300 shares of the common stock of
<br />Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />I warrant that I am the owner of the above - described property, improvements and personal
<br />property on the above - described premises; that I am entitled to sell the same; that said property is
<br />free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant and defend the title to said property
<br />against the claims of any other persons whomsoever.
