Bass a/k/a Lynda Carlene <br />Bass, an unmarried person, Grantor, whether one or amore, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Randy L. Starman and Julie A.
