<br /> RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />PATHWAY BANK, formerly known as, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking S~ 5 ~
<br />Corporation, Mortgagee, in performance of said mortgage and by virtue of the power and
<br />authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />releases to the person or persons entitled thereto, Fred A Eickhoff and Debra Eickhoff,
<br />husband and wife, Mortgagor, said mortgage on the following described real estate (as defined
<br />in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land in the S `/z NW '/4 of Section 23, Township 10 North, Range 12, West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at the point
<br />where the north line of the South Half of said Northwest Quarter intersects with the east
<br />boundary line of the public road located on the west side of said Section 23 as the point
<br />of beginning; running thence south along the east boundary line of said public road a
<br />distance of 643.5 feet; thence east on a line parallel to the north side of said South Half of
<br />the Northwest Quarter a distance of 495 feet; thence north on a line parallel to the east
<br />line of said public road located on the west side of Section 23, a distance of 643.5 feet to
<br />the north boundary of said South Half of the Northwest Quarter; thence west a distance of
<br />49S feet to the point of beginning, containing 7.31 acres more or less.
<br />This release is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Mortgage recorded in the
<br />Offi:,e of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document # 82-002038, on May 24, 1482.
