Essink and Kenneth Essink, wife and <br />husband, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration > <br />received from grantees: do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kenneth L. Triplett and Cheryl L.
