Bloomquist, husband and wife, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL County, Nebraska: Part of Lots 15 and 16 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the North corner of Lot 16; thence running East along the North line of Lot 16, 80 feet; thence running South parallel with the East line of Lots 15 and 16, 85 feet; thence running East parallel with the North line of Lot 15, a distance of 60 feet; thence running South along the east line of Lot 15, a distance of 15 feet, thence running West along the South line of Lot 15, a distance of 140 feet; thence running North along the West line of Lots 15 and 16, a distance of 100 feet to the piace of beginning, all being in Block 3 of the Fii h Addlitiuri to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska; This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No. 0200101899, on March 12, 2001, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014. Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument.
