WOITASZEWSKI and ANNE M. BOHAN, husband and wife, as <br />Grantor and the CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Nebraska, as Grantee, the undersigned, being the owner and holder of <br />an indebtedness secured by a lien upon the real estate described hereinbelow, which Deed of <br />Trust and Assignment of Rents is dated March 2, 1990, and recorded in the office of the Registex <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 2, 1990 as Document Na. 90-101108, to-wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/NE'/)and Lot One (1), in <br />Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (1 I) West of the 6`" <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; except a tract more particularly described in Deed <br />recorded in Baak 47, Page 2$2; except a tract more particularly described in Deed <br />recorded in Baok 47, Page 615 and except a tract of land mare particularly <br />described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 471. <br />The undersigned hereby joins in the conveyance of the Conservation Easement to the <br />Central Platte Natural Resources District, a political subdivision of the State ofNebraska, and its <br />successors and assigns, and conveys to the Central Platte Natural Resources District the same <br />rights as contained in the Deed of Conservation Easement.
