WOITASZEWSKI and ANNE M. BOHAN, husband and wife, <br />are the owners of the following described real estate, to-wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/NE'/)and Lot One (1) in <br />Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West ofthe 6tn <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except that tract of land more particularly described <br />in that certain Warranty Deed that is recorded in Book 135, Page 471, as the same <br />is on file in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />also excepting a certain tract of land more particularly described in Warranty <br />Deed 47-615 as recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Central Platte Natural Resources District is desirous of obtaining a <br />conservation easement from LARRY D. WOITASZEWSKI and ANNE M. BOHAN, husband <br />and wife, on real estate legally described hereinabove and LARRY D. WOITASZEWSKI and <br />ANNE M. BOHAN, husband and wife, are desirous of selling a conservation easement to the <br />Central Flatte Natural Resources District on the real estate legally described hereinabove; and <br />WHEREAS, Central Platte Natural Resources District and LARRY D. <br />WOITASZEWSKI and ANNE M. BOHAN, husband and wife, have submitted a request to Hall <br />County for the approval of a conservation easement on the real estate legally described <br />hereinabove; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76-2,112 (2003), on March 31, 2009, the <br />Hall County Board of Supervisors forwarded the easement request to the Hall County Flanning <br />and Zoning Commission for their review and recommendations regarding the conformity of the <br />proposed acquisition to comprehensive planning for the area; and <br />WHEREAS, also pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76-2,112 (2003) on May 6, 2009, the <br />Hall County Flanning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the easement at their <br />regularly scheduled meeting; and <br /> <br />
