This Deed of Trust was recorded 9/l5/2004 in the Records of the Register of Deeds <br />of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200409153, in Book xxx at Page xxx. <br />Mehring Development Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the <br />Deed of Trust to National City Real Estate Services LLC, successor by merger to National City Mortgage, inc, <br />f/k/a National City Mortgage Co.. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Thomas J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed <br />for record with the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.
