Burns, as Successor <br />Trustee, for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A <br />Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated June 24, 1999 and recorded in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 99-106601, has <br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance <br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Trustee recanveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, <br />title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the <br />following: <br />Lat Five (5), Black Fourteen (14), Meth's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />DATED: July ~, 2009. <br />Duane A.
