<br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
<br /> corner of said. Lot Fifteen (15), proceeding thence
<br /> North along the easterly boundary of such Lot Fifteen
<br /> (15), Eighty (80) feet; thence West at right angles a
<br /> distance of Seven' y--Eight (78) feet; thence South at

<br /> encurabrance, except a mortgage loan at First Federal Savings

<br /> of Deeds Office as Document No. 78-007203, which mortgage
