<br /> mortgage dated February 4, 1982, and recorded March 1, 1982, as Document No. 82-000744
<br /> in the office of the. Register of Deeds, Troll County, Nebraska, in consideration of
<br /> the Mortgagee's certain prcrrd&c;ory note in the wwunt of :27,000.00, which is a valid
<br /> subsisting obligati-Ti of the Mortgagor, and that paymt7nt: of the remainder of the
<br /> principal and accri i interest thereon will be dui accocUng to the term of the
<br /> afor"Tentioned second real estate mortgage, modified and payable in the follo ipz

<br /> A note dated February 4, 1982, on which a balance of
<br /> $19,683.00 remains unpaid, will be rer dd on April 9,
<br /> 1984, with a final payrwn•.t equal to the entire unpaid
<br /> principal balance plus accrued interest due and payable
<br /> on that date.
<br /> 'Me interest rate on the aforementioned note shall be
<br /> 14.5% from January 10, 1984, to maturity.
<br /> 2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original second real estate
<br /> mortgage dated February 4. 1982, shall remain the same, and this Modification and
