On or about <br /> the 27 day of September 1982, the Deed of Trust was assigned <br /> to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund as Beneficiary, and such <br /> Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of <br /> the Register of Heeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document. <br /> No. 82-004340 on October 6, 1982. On or about the 27 day <br /> of December 1983, Larry D.
