On or about the 27 day of September 1982, the Deed of Trust was assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund as Beneficiary, and such Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Heeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document. No. 82-004340 on October 6, 1982. On or about the 27 day of December 1983, Larry D. Homolka was appointed successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust and such Substitution of Trustee was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Gail County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84--00167 on January 12, 1984. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to--wit: That the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from April 1 , 1983, through this date together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or ~-ause to be sold the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
