This Power of Attorney shall include executing all real estate transfer statements, <br />deeds, closing statements, settlement statements, refinancing statements, title insurance contracts, tax <br />documents, affidavits, consents, and any other documents necessary for the transfer of ownership of my <br />undivided interest in the above described real estate to my father, Marcelino Gutierrez.
