Robert Russell Cramer, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration <br />of love and affection received from GRANTEES, Robert Russell Cramer <br />and Charlotte Prawl, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not <br />as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb.
