<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Cruz E Linares, a
<br />single person as Trustar to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 16 1996, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number
<br />96-108147 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book
