Meedel and Deanna L. Meedel, <br /> husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br /> Instrument #0200309037 on the 16th day of July, 2003, and <br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br /> as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br /> mentioned as follows: <br /> The Westerly Forty (40) Feet of Lot C and the Easterly Twenty (20) Feet of Lot B all in Elm Place <br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and a part of Lot Eight (8) of the County <br /> Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Sixteen (16) in Township <br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 61" P.M. said tracts being more particularly described as <br /> follows: To Wit: Commencing at a point 40 feet westerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot C in said <br /> Elm Place a line parallel with the easterly line of said Lot C; thence westerly 60 feet on a line parallel <br /> with the northerly line of Division Street in said city; thence southerly 132 feet on a line parallel with the <br /> easterly line of said Lot C to the northerly line of said Division Street; thence easterly 60 feet along the <br /> northerly line of said Division Street to the place of beginning: <br /> <br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br /> .
