<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE, SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE FINANCING STATEMENT
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture
<br />Financing Statement ("Deed of Trust") executed by Scott C. Addy and Randi L. Addy a (n) Husband and
<br />Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor Wells
<br />Fargo Bank, Nebraska, National Association, as a result of an acquisition and name change, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated as of July 24, 2001, and recorded on August 6, 2001, in Instrument No. 0200107752,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now
<br />held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein
<br />by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said
<br />Deed of Trust.
