Box 2085 <br />Grand Island, NE 68802 <br />Notice is hereby given that the above - parties on June 8' 2004, entered <br />into an agreement in which Sellers agree to sell to Buyers and Buyers <br />agree to purchase from Sellers the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Lots 1 & 2, Dickey Fourth Subdivision <br />Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Sellers sell such real estate subject to patent reservations, any <br />outstanding mineral interests whether arising by reservation or by <br />conveyance, easements of record or of use, and public roads. <br />The agreement provides that Buyers shall not assign the agreement, any <br />part thereof or any interest therein, or attempt to convey said premises <br />or any part thereof (other than conveyance in lieu of eminent domain) at <br />any Lime prior to the balance of the purchase price without the prior <br />written consent of Sellers. <br />
