r.~~ ~ ~ ! ~,~ ~ ~ m = ~ ~ C7 Cf7 ~ --t ~ ~ C~ -~-1 ~ tv ~~w ~ ~~ z ~ _ ~, ~ r- ~ ~ o m _ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~^ ~~ ~ 1 ~ .. ~ Ul ~ ~ CD V] ` _ ~ ° ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ `~ ~ ~ "'L7 ~ ~ ~ C/a Cll ~ ~ e ~ N r A ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ a C~ ~ ~ ~ ~ .~.~ ~, O RESOLUTION r O ~~ . ~C7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR THE CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT WHEREAS, THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, anon-prafit corporation of the District of Columbia, is the owner of the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot One (1) Island in the North Half (N'/z), Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) on Mainland, and the Southeast Quarter (SE'/a), all in Section Twenty (20), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, the Central Platte Natural Resources District is desirous of obtaining a conservation easement from THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, anon-profit corporation of the District of Columbia, on real estate legally described hereinabove and THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, anon-profit corporation of the District of Columbia, is desirous of selling a conservation easement to the Central Platte Natural Resources District on the real estate legally described hereinabove; and WHEREAS, Central Platte Natural Resources District and THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, anon-prafit corporation of the District of Columbia, have submitted a request to Hall County for the approval of a conservation easement on the real estate legally described hereinabove; and WHEREAS, pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76-2,112 (2003), on December 23, 2008, the Hall County Board of Supervisors forwarded the easement request to the Hall County Regional Planning Commission for their review and recommendations regarding the conformity of the proposed acquisition to comprehensive planning for the area; and WHEREAS, also pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §76-2,112 (2003) on January 7, 2009, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission recommended approval of the easement at their regularly scheduled meeting; and _~
