Mayer, Attorney at Law, Trustee, under the Deed <br />of Trust dated April 14, 1999 in which REVA HEADLEY is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust <br />being recorded April 19, 1999 as Document No. 99-104030 of the Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $100,000.00, has been paid or otherwise <br />satisfied and said beneficiaries have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally <br />described as follows: <br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (lU) <br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6~" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this _,~__~ay of July, 2009. <br />~~ <br />~~_ <br />THOMAS A.
