<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, as Trustee under the ~ V\
<br />Deed of Trust dated December S, 2006 executed by H & J Investments, LLC, a Nebraska ~-J
<br />Limited Liability Company and Richard L. Hartman, Chief Executive Member, Trustor, in
<br />which Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded January 18, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200700461, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEl/4 NEl/4) and a
<br />part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (Nl/2 SEl/4), all in Section Thirty Two (32), Township

<br />described as follows:
