<br />Know All Men By These Presents:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed among
<br />Jeremy L. Westengaard and Michelle L. Westengaard to Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, the Trustee named therein, recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2004
<br />and recorded at Instrument Number 0200407048 and said Trustee has requested in
<br />writing that this deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by
<br />these presents, grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
