Substitut~lon of'Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by DAVID A BOERKIRCHER AND GINGER M BOERKIRCHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Truster, <br />in which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, <br />dated AUGUST 28, 20031 and recorded AUGUST 28, 2003, in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200311455 regarding the real <br />estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by DAVID A BOERKIRCHER AND GINGER M BOERKIRCHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS <br />trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE <br />BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, <br />dated AUGUST 28, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL <br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 20031].455, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
