Richard Ogden and Barbara Ogden, Husband and Wife, Grantors, as owners of <br />the North Half of the South East Quarter (N1 /2 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, do hereby grant to Patrick McGuire, his heirs, Grantees and Assigns, an <br />easement or right -of -way over the said private road that has been in existence since 1954 <br />located along the North Bank of the Wood River from Cameron Road to the South Half <br />of the South East Quarter (S1 /2 SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
