<br />Jerry Horst and Shirley Horst, Husband and Wife, Grantors, as owners of the

<br />Nebraska, do hereby grant to Patrick McGuire, his heirs, Grantees and Assigns, an
<br />easement or right -of -way over the said private road that has been in existence since 1954
<br />located along the North Bank of the Wood River from Cameron Road to the South Half
<br />of the South East Quarter (S 1/2 SE 1/4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. The Grantors do
<br />hereby grant to Patrick McGuire, his tenants or servants, full and free access along said
<br />private road from its intersection Cameron Road Southwesterly to the South Half of the
<br />South East Quarter (SW S1 /2 SE1 /4) Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, for all purposes
<br />connected with the use and enjoyment of said land.
<br />The urdersibred Grantors do gran` this easement to the Grantee to have and to
<br />hold the said easement or right -of -way hereby granted to Patrick McGuire, his heirs and
<br />assigns, as a pertinent to the said land of Patrick McGuire and every part thereof.
