Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />eXeCUted by MARK E HALL AND AMY J HALL, HUSBAND AND WIFt;, aS trustar, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND TSLAND as Beneficiary, dated <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL <br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 2ooio4s5s, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person ar persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
