<br />by Copper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded as Instrument #0200606901 on the 3rd day of August, 2006, at the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska; AND
<br />WHERAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the First Amendment to Deed of Trust dated October 19,
<br />2006, executed by Copper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which
<br />a First Amendment to Deed of Trust dated August 2, 2006, was recorded as Instrument
<br />#0200609427 to amend legal description, filed on the 23rd day of October, 2006, at the Register
<br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 17, 2007, executed by
<br />Capper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustar,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is names as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded as Instrument #0200706281 on the 25~' day of July, 2007, at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2008,
<br />executed by Copper Creek Estates-Grand Island, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which
<br />Deed of Trust was retarded as Instrument #0200808930 on the 23rd day of October, 2008, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of
<br />Trusts and a Pirst Amendment to Deed of Trust dated October 19, 2006, as referred to above
<br />mentioned and described below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds
<br />of Trusts and First Amendment to Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person nr persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held
<br />by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />Lots Ninety-Four (94), in Copper Creek Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
