That this affidavit has been prepared and executed pursuant to Section 30- 24, 129 R.S. Supp 2002 and Section 30-24, 125 R.R.S. 1995, the same being summary administrative procedures authorized by law; 2. That one Doris Marie Vorhees departed this life on June 29, 2008 in Grand Island, Nebraska. That therefore as of the 29th day of July, 2008, thirty days will have elapsed since the death of said deceased; 3. That na application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative for the estate of Doris Marie Vorhees is pending or has been "~ granted in dny jurisdiction; 4. That deceased departed this life leaving a Last Will and Testament, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this Affidavit by reference S. That at the time of her death, Doris Marie Vorhees, awned Lat 4S, Argo Fourth Subdivision in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, which as of deceased's date of death, was valued at $1'1,425.00, according to the records of the Hall County Assessor's office; 6. That deceased awned no property other than as above stated, except for tangible personal property, namely: personal affects of a nominal value; Home Federal Bank checking account #513423 with a balance of $700.00; and a Home Federal Bank savings account #01-00592678 with a balance of $1,100.00, all of which do not exceed the value of $25,000.00; 7. Affiant is the son of said deceased. That the "Randy" referred to in the Last Will and Testament hereto attached and Affiant are in fact one and the same person; 8. That pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of deceased attached hereto, Affiant is entitled to claim right to possession of said personal property and title to said above described real estate belonging to deceased, except to the extent of $100.00 bequeathed to Affiant's sister, daughter of deceased, one Patricia Ann Vorhees; ~~ 9.
