<br /> OOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

<br /> WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by
<br /> Robert J. Wheeler and Nancy L. Wheeler in the United States
<br /> District Court for the District of Nebraska or the 29th clay of
<br /> July, 1983, and said Robert J. Wheeler and Nancy L. Wheeler
<br /> were duly adjudged bankrupt on the 21st day of September, 1983;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS,,on the 29th day of July, 1983; by order of
<br /> said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the estaLe
<br /> and effects of said Robert J. Wheeler and Nancy L. Wheeler, and
<br /> duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the
<br /> 15th day of December, 1983 of his intention to sell property at
<br /> private sale; and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said
<br /> sale on or before January 7, 1984, with the Bankruptcy Clerk,
<br /> this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to
<br /> Norman A. Buck for the amount of $500.00 the following
<br /> described property, to--wit:

<br /> Debtors' interest in BTW Land & Cattle Co.,
<br /> a Nebraska General Partnership; and,
<br />
<br /> Debtors' partnership interest in Lots Three.
<br /> (3), Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), Block
<br /> 152, Union Pacific Second Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall, County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br /> 11HEREAS, the undersigned did, pursuant to said notice, sell
<br /> said property to Norman A. Buck at private sale pursuant to
<br /> said Notice.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of
<br /> Robert J. Wheeler and Nancy L. Wheeler, by virtue of the powers
<br /> vested in me by the Bankruptcy Act.and by virtue of said notice
<br /> and pursuant to said application and for other valuable con-
<br /> sideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to said
<br /> Norman A. Buck, his representatives, heirs and assigns forever,
<br /> all my right, title and interest as such 'T'rustee, subject to all
<br /> encumbrances of record, the above-described property.
