<br />Ronald L. Hulme, a single person, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />in consideration of a Decree of Dissolution received from Sheila R. Hulme, hereinafter referred
<br />to as Grantee of Grand Island, Nebraska, does hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto
<br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, all of Grantor rights, title, interest, estate,
<br />claim and demand both at law and in equity of in and to the following described real estate:
<br />Lot One (1) Haave Subdivision, and the East 39'2" of Lot
<br />Three (3), Block Five (5) Valleyview Subdivision of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />West 36' 4" of the South Half (S /2) of the West 74' 3" of Lot Nine (9) County
<br />Subdivision, of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2SE1/4) of Section
<br />16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6`'' pm of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs and
