Deed of Reeonve ance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Richard L. Pelland and Janet L. Pelland, Husband and Wife, aS truStor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, FKA Equitable <br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated February 5th, 2003, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document <br />No. ozoo3o1616, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement <br />below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />_ _ _____ all the right title and interest and, claim acquired_by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
