<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by James M. Reiter, hereinafter referred to as "Debtor",
<br />whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 31st day of March, 2009, and
<br />said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 12th day of M ay, 2009; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 2009, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the
<br />estate and effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 11th day of June, 2009, of his intention to sell property
<br />at private sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before July 6, 2009, with the Bankruptcy
<br />Clerk, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Mavis Reiter, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", whether one
<br />or more, for the amount of Four Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars, ($4,500.00), the following described property,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Debtor's one-half (1/2) interest in all of Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), and the westerly thirty feet
<br />(30') of Lot Fifteen (15), all in Brett's Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable consideration, do
<br />hereby grant, bargain, seil acid convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and
<br />interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record, the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and
<br />completely as I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy
<br />Act might or should sell and convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said
<br />Trustee either individually or as such Trustee.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, have hereunto set my hand this 9th day of July, 2009.
