Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, ,~~ `mod <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Jason A Cline, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank, FKA The <br />Equitable Building and Laan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings <br />Bank, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as 'T'rustee, <br />dated July 5, 1994, and recorded July 6, 1994, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 94-105833 regarding the real estate described <br />in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reeonve_y_ance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Jason a cline, an unmarried person, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, <br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, FKA The Equitable Building and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary, dated July <br />5, 1994, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska as <br />Document No. 94-105833, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />Tn consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim_ acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. -- - - -- --- <br />3.
