Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Wesley Y Matthews, an unmarried person, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, FKA. The Equitable Building an <br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary, <br />dated July 2s„ 1995, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xall County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 95-105054, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of T~'ustin the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
