<br /> 1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br /> NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Richard J C]sborne and Ruth A Osborne, Hµsband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable
<br /> Bank, FKA The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A
<br /> Federal Savings Bank, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br /> as Trustee, dated April 27, 1994., and recorded May !4, 1994, in the, Office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. pocumqut # 94-loaooo regarding
<br /> the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br /> 2. Deed of Reconve ante. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br /> executed by Richard J osb4rup and Ruth A opvoirae, #i sbaa aad Wl e,; as trustor, to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, FKA The
<br /> Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings
<br /> Bank as Beneficiary, dated April 27, 1994, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. Document # 94-103600, has been paid,
<br /> and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br /> executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
