<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, wherein Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificate Holders CWALT, Inc., Alternative
<br />Loan Trust 2004-J11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-J11 and Bank of America, NA,
<br />successor by merger to Countrywide Bank, FSB f/k/a Countrywide Bank, NA by and through their loan
<br />servicing agent, BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, are Plaintiffs and Jeffrey C. Long a/k/a Jeffery C. Long
<br />and Elaine M. Long, as husband and wife et al. are the Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to
<br />obtain a declaratory Judgment correcting the legal description upon the first Deed of Trust, dated
<br />September 7, 2004, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on September
<br />7, 2004, as Instrument No. 2004-0$911, wherein Jeffery C. Long and Elaine M. Long, as husband and
<br />wife, mortgaged and conveyed to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary,
<br />Countrywide Horne Loans, Inc, as Lender and Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., an Arizona
<br />Corporation, as Trustee, the fallowing described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit
<br />All of Lot Three (3) and that part of Lot Five (5), more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence running Southwesterly along the Easterly
<br />line of Lot 5, a distance of 87.4 Feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 5; thence running Northerly
<br />and parallel to the West line of Lot S, a distance of 100.95 Feet to a point on the Northeasterly
<br />line of Lot 5; thence running Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of Lot S, a distance of
<br />54.1 Feet to the point of beginning and containing 2,361.81 square feet, more or less: all in Block
<br />One (1) in Kay-Dee Subdivision of a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1/4SW1/4) of-Section Twenty-one (21) in 'Township Eleven (11) 1Vorth Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and correcting the legal description within a certain Assignment, Substitution of Trustee and
<br />NOD all correlating with the aforementioned deed of trust; and correcting the legal description upon the
<br />Trustee's Deed recorded with the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds Office on March 16, 2009 as
<br />Instrument Number 2009-01870; that the Trustee's Deed be reaffirmed and that the Trustee's Deed
<br />remain valid and enforceable; and that the Defendants, Landamerica Transnation Title, Trustee, and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, Beneficiary, and co-Plaintiff Bank of America, NA,
<br />successor by merger to Countrywide Bank, FSB f/k/a Countrywide Bank, NA, as Lender, have no right,
<br />title and interest to the Property; and quieting title in and to the property on the deed of trust; together
<br />with such other and further relief as to the court may seem just and equitable.
