<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JUAN
<br />CABALLERO, A SINGLE PERSON to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated June 04, 2007 ,
<br />and recorded June 08, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NE , in

<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
