Lee, a single man, and Tammie L. Judge, a single woman, <br />Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />January 2, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200700040, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real <br />estate, to-wit: <br />THE SOUTH 76 FEET OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK SIX (d), RUSSELL WHEELERS <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
