<br />103897; the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was TMS Mortgage, Inc., dba The Money
<br />Store, subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to The
<br />Bank of New York, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May
<br />31, 1997, Series 1997 -B, said assignment recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on January 20, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- 100663, subsequently by
<br />reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to TMS Mortgage Inc. dba The
<br />Money Store, said assignment recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on March 14, 2001 as Instrument No. 200102016, subsequently by
<br />reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to Wachovia Bank, N.A., said
<br />assignment recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />January 26, 2005 as Instrument No. 200500680; does hereby notify the above -named
<br />persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following -
