<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />HELENE M PETERSON A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 3, 2003 and recorded
<br />NOVEMBER 13 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200314894 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18) SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF
<br />KUESTER LAKE, AND BEING A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4) IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH,
<br />RANGE NINE (9) HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY
<br />THE COMMON ROAD.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
