<br />2005009 11 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated December 29, 2004 and executed by Rogard LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability v
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and C
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200412436 in the Register of Deed's
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska dated December 29, 2004 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Mary Moppet Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document #83- 003973
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 31" day of January, 2005.
