Ryan, a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, being first duly sworn on oath depose and state as follows: <br />That on June 25, 2008, an easement located in the East Half and in the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 12 <br />West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, entitled "Detail "C" was tiled as Instrument No. 200805474 in the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds office . <br />2. A review of said easement has revealed that certain slight variances appear on said easement and they are corrected by this Affidavit. <br />3.
