<br /> SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE O
<br /> 1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br /> NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Rita M Stepp, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank FKA Equitable
<br /> Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated July 27, 2001, and recorded August 8, 2001, in
<br /> the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br /> 0200107945 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br /> executed by Rita M Stepp, an unmarried person, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede,,Attorney,
<br /> as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank FKA Equitable Federal Savings Bank of
<br /> Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated July 27, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register
<br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200107945, has been paid, and
<br /> the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br /> and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
