Lavelle and Ryan N. Lavelle, as Trustors, did on or about <br />May 17, 2007, make, execute and deliver unto Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following-described real property: <br />Lot One (1) and the Northerly Forty (N40) feet of Lot Two (2), Block 2, in <br />Fifth Addition to the town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration <br />Systems, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 18, 2007, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2007-04069. <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Flagstar Bank. The Corrective Assignment was recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Camille R.
