Mesner, as Trustee for the benefit of the Gordon A. Nelson and <br />Susan E. Nelson, husband and wife, as Beneficiary, inconsideration of the payment of the indebtedness <br />secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Richard D. Callahan and Lisa C. Callahan, husband and wife, <br />as Trustor, to Kathryn L. Mesner as Trustee, which Trust Deed is recorded in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200708093 of Mortgages, and the said Beneficiary, <br />having requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by <br />their endorsement below, do by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or <br />persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate transferred, assigned and conveyed to said Trustee <br />by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the fallowing described premises: <br />The West Fifty-two feet (W52') of Lot Two (2), and the East Thirty-eight Feet (E38') of Lot Three (3), in <br />Block Six (G), in Parkhill Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />Dateu July ~_, 2009. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF MERRICK <br />ss. <br />Trustee <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me, the undersigned Notary <br />Public, on July q , 2009, by Kathryn L.
