<br />Notice of default and election to sell is given by Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for
<br />Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a certain Deed of Trust dated July 14,
<br />2003 wherein JAMES A. WHITE AND DANA A. ECKHART, now known as Dana A.
<br />White, husband and wife, are designated as Trustors - Borrowers, TIERONE BANK, a
<br />United States Corporation, is designated as Trustee and Beneficiary- Lender. Said Deed of
<br />Trust was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />on July 22, 2003 as Instrument No. 2003093 87. Said Deed of Trust grants to TierOne Bank,
<br />Trustee the power of sale over the following described real estate:
<br />The South Fifty -five feet (S 55') of the North One Hundred Forty feet (N 140') and the
<br />North Ten feet (N 10') of the South One Hundred Forty feet (S 140') of the West Half (W
<br />1 /z) of Block Fourteen (14), in Pleasant Home Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more commonly known as 1507 S Sylvan Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801 -7162
<br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustors-
<br />Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the monthly
<br />payments of principal and interest of Three Hundred Ninety -two and 06/100 Dollars
<br />($392.06) for the months of October, November, December, 2004 and January, 2005 plus
<br />late charges and escrow. As a result of this breach, said Beneficiary has elected to exercise
<br />the power of sale and to sell or cause to be sold, the aforementioned property to satisfy the
<br />obligation of the Trustee.
