<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />EDITH M SOPER AND LESLIE B SOPER
<br />to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK
<br />As Trustee for the benefit of COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK
<br />the beneficiary named therein , dated AUGUST 15, 2001 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State of NEBRASKA
<br />in INST. NO. 0200108279 at
<br />, has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
